Is GST included in the prices?
Package prices are shown before GST. GST at 18% is added to our fees and shown separately in your plan total.
Is there a discount for paying upfront?
Yes. Pay 3 months of retainers upfront and save 5% on top of any bundle saving.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move up or down a package at the end of any month once the minimum term is complete.
Is ad spend included?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta and Google. Our fee covers strategy, creative testing, optimisation and reporting.
How do payments work?
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. One-time projects are 50% to start, 40% on delivery and 10% on sign-off. You can pay by bank transfer or online through our Razorpay page (UPI, cards, net banking) once we’ve confirmed your plan.
What else do I pay for an e-commerce store?
Your Shopify or hosting plan, domain, any paid theme or apps, and payment gateway charges (around 2% per order) are paid directly by you, so you always own the store and its accounts. Our fee covers design, build, set-up and launch support.
Who owns the content and accounts?
You do. Ad accounts, pages, website and all final content belong to your brand from day one.
